Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
Subject to stock availability and product volume, all orders are processed within 6 hours to 48 hours. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery Partners
Motovil India’s shipping partners are, Ecom Express, Delhivery, FedEx. Depending on location and product volume, we also

use India Speed Post, and Domestic Transports for delivery.
Heavy products like Headlight units, taillight units, body kit, and all such relative items are shipped through Domestic

Transports or Surface couriers. In such cases, according to shipping companies, the consignee may require to visit the local

delivery offices to receive the parcel. To maintain the cost, we have to follow the above mentioned shipping process for

any heavy items.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After we complete the order from our end, we will share the tracking details or other relative details with the buyer. To

receive the tracking details, buyer may access the account for details, or use our contact method for any presonal

assistance.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Motovil India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping

are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Motovil India is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please

contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged

goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Currently Motovil India is not providing internation shippment.
