WHAT IF I RECEIVE BROKEN PRODUCT
First and foremost, never forget to shoot an unboxing video if you require to claim any broken product. Other than the original unboxing video, any damaged claim will not be entertained.
Hence, use your camera, and shoot the unboxing. Any damage should be claim within 48 hours of getting the item delivered.
After 48 hours of delivery, only warranty claim will be accepted, and no damage claim will be entertained. For the note, damage claim includes any damage due to mishandling of the parcel during shipment, or broken item dispatched from vendor house or motovil inventory.
