  • While we send any update message to the customer, the customer may or may not receive the message due to DND activation, in that case, you may keep in touch through e-mail.
  • After we deliver any order, we share the tracking number. You may login to your account and check the tracking details to track your order.
  • Courier service is active on working days. The holidays are not counted for delivery.
  • Due to natural hazards, courier service may delay.
  • Motovil.com uses Delhivery and India Speed Post for courier at present.
